Sanjeev Hiranandani is a distinguished criminal litigation lawyer with a robust practice spanning complex trials, bail jurisprudence, and appellate advocacy. His work reflects a deep command over criminal procedure, evidentiary law, and constitutional safeguards, enabling him to navigate complex factual matrices with precision and clarity. He regularly advises and represents clients in sensitive and high-stakes criminal matters involving economic offences, cheating and fraud allegations, conspiracy, cyber-related offences, and regulatory prosecutions.

Sanjeev has successfully completed an Executive Education Course in Artificial Intelligence from UC Berkeley School of Law, United States of America and holds certification from the Berkeley Law AI Institute — enabling him to bring a contemporary, technology-oriented perspective to matters involving digital evidence, cyber investigations, electronic records, and emerging regulatory frameworks.

Advocate Sudershani Ray brings 17 years of professional experience in legal consultancy and advisory services. A graduate of BA.LLB (Hons) from Jamia Millia Islamia, she enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2008 and is an active member of the Delhi Bar Council. She has built a strong and independent practice with a result-oriented approach, grounded in professional ethics and client-focused outcomes.

Her civil litigation practice covers suits, writs, petitions, appeals, revisions, and complaints across debt recovery, dishonour of cheques, rent control, property disputes, matrimonial matters, consumer complaints, Food Adulteration Act cases, and service matters. On the corporate side, she is highly skilled in drafting and vetting complex commercial agreements — including Master Service Agreements, Consortium Agreements, Tripartite Agreements, RFQs, MOUs, Celebrity & Endorsement Agreements, Licensing, Sub-Licensing, Sale Deeds, Corporate Lease Agreements, Development Agreements (Real Estate), and Broadcasting Agreements.

Sh. H.S. Gill is an Ex. ACP of Delhi Police, legal consultant and expertise in departmental enquiries, holding advanced academic qualifications including MA (English), MA (Political Science), LL.B., and LL.M. He brings decades of frontline investigative experience across some of India's most sensitive and high-profile criminal cases.

He served as the Investigating Officer in the Parliament Attack case (2001) — one of the most significant security cases in Indian history — and played a pivotal role in the Red Fort Shootout case (2000), including the arrest of terrorist Ashfaq. He has also handled high-profile Official Secrets Act cases, including the arrest of a Pakistan diplomat involved in espionage activities. For his distinguished service, he was awarded Rs. 50,000 cash with a commendation certificate by the Lt. Governor of Delhi.

Beyond his operational career, Sh. Gill is a respected academic and trainer. He regularly delivers lectures as visiting faculty at CBI Academy, CDTS Academy Ghaziabad, Police Training College Delhi Police, and the National Institute of Criminology and Forensic Science, Rohini, Delhi.
